The School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences (SPMS) at NTU Singapore hosts research and education activities in two divisions: Division of Mathematical Sciences (MAS) and Division of Physics and Applied Physics (PAP). MAS covers diverse topics ranging from pure mathematics to the applications of mathematics in cryptography, computing, business, and finance. PAP covers many areas of fundamental and applied physics, including quantum information, condensed matter physics, biophysics, and photonics. The Biophysics lab in the School of Physical and Mathematical Sciences has an open Research Fellow (RF) research position. We are seeking self-motivated and passionate scientists with a strong background in Chemistry or Biology to work on nucleic acid structure and therapeutics.

- Synthetic chemistry
- Cell Biology
- Bioinformatics analysis
- Engage and collaborate with multi-disciplinary team and external collaborators for drug discovery and development
- Provide support in grant administration/management
Job Requirements:
- At least PhD degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biophysics or related disciplines
- Research experience in the related areas
- Able to multi-task and work independently
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and able to complete experiments on schedule
