Commercial Graduate (Singapore or Hong Kong)
About the role
We are looking for a recent graduate with a passion for technology and business processes. This is a role where you will have decision-making power and autonomy collaborating with a growing and dynamic HQ team based across Asia-Pacific. Your primary focus will be responsibility for our CRM system but you will also be engaged in business development and help support our sales and marketing teams.
You will have at least one year's professional experience and ideally be able to bring together your experience with Hubspot or other CRM platforms to help our sales teams as they drive our growth and expansion plans in 2025 and beyond.
The role is full-time based in Singapore or Hong Kong.
Your Key Responsibilities
CRM Specialist - Hubspot
- Manage, optimise, and maintain our HubSpot CRM (or other CRM platforms) to support business development and client management.
- Work closely with our legal and operations teams to enhance customer relationship strategies and improve automation.
- Analyse data and reports to improve client engagement and operational efficiency.
- Assist in the implementation of marketing automation, workflows, and integrations with other business tools.
- Support client onboarding and develop CRM best practices to enhance user experience.
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and provide insights on how to leverage technology for business growth.
Business Development Support
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industries, and business opportunities.
- Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and pitch materials for new business prospects.
- Support the sales team by tracking leads, maintaining CRM data, and following up on client engagements.
- Analyse business trends and competitor activities to provide insights for growth strategies.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare responses for RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and client inquiries.
- Contribute to marketing initiatives, such as content creation, social media updates, and event coordination.
Consultant Management Support
- Assist in onboarding and coordinating consultants, ensuring they have the necessary tools and information.
- Help prepare reports and presentations related to consultant utilisation and project outcomes.
Key Requirements - your skills and experience
- Recent graduate (or up to 2 years’ experience) in Business, Marketing, Law, IT, or a related field.
- Strong interest or experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
- Passion for legal technology and process efficiency.
