The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and managing the organization’s Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. This role ensures secure, efficient access to systems while preventing unauthorized access. Key responsibilities include team leadership, driving strategic IAM initiatives, ensuring policy compliance, and making process improvements. The individual will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Job Scope:

  • Lead and guide the IAM team, develop strategies, and implement IAM solutions.
  • Oversee user access rights, provisioning, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
  • Respond to security incidents, conduct investigations, and continuously improve IAM processes.
  • Collaborate with departments to address IAM needs, provide training, and promote security awareness.
  • Support audits, analyze IAM metrics, and manage IAM tool selection and integration.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field; CISSP, CISM, CISA certifications are preferred.
  • Practical knowledge of IAM frameworks, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and regulatory standards (e.g., NIST).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • A commitment to staying current with IAM trends and best practices.
  • Experience in IAM tools and technologies (e.g., SailPoint, CyberArk, PAM etc.) is a plus
