What The Role Is
You design, develop, and review the Air Force Training Command's (AFTC) training evaluation and assessment frameworks, which involves the collection, monitoring, and analysis of training data to provide insights on the effectiveness of the Command’s training systems and performance.

You design, develop, and review the Air Force Training Command's (AFTC) training evaluation and assessment frameworks, which involves the collection, monitoring, and analysis of training data to provide insights on the effectiveness of the Command’s training systems and performance.
What You Will Be Working On
- Collect, monitor, and analyse training data
- Conduct validation research
- Propose enhancements for framework review
- Collaborate with unit Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on test plans and result analysis
- Recommend enhancements for effective and accurate validation
- Develop and implement measurement tools for leadership qualities and commitment to defence
- Staying abreast of evolving evaluation and assessment models
- Adapting measurement tools to diverse training contexts
- Gaining comprehensive understanding of AFTC training courses
- Education in Statistical studies, Psychology, Training Development or a related field
- At least 2 years' working experience in training validation, development of measurement tools, or statistical analysis is preferred
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (STATA, SPSS, SAS, AMOS, EQS, RUMM2020, R-Programming)
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and receptiveness to new ideas
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-driven and resourceful
- Good team player
- Strong organisational skills
