What The Role Is

You are part of a team responsible for the career planning, development and management of specialised naval and military expert positions.

What You Will Be Working On

  • Participate in posting discussions and make recommendations to fulfil manning requirements and individual's route of advancement (ROA) and aspirations
  • Schedule ROA courses to support career progression vocational courses for Military Experts
  • Project manpower requirements and ensure healthy staffing at the unit level
  • Conduct career counselling for service personnel
  • Determine vocational streaming requirements for new entrants
  • Handle Early Release (ER) applications, revocations, re-enlistments, and discharges
  • Manage all training contract matters

  • Engaging servicepersons and maximising individual potential


What We Are Looking For

  • Prior experience in HR is preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
