What You Will Be Working On
- Participate in posting discussions and make recommendations to fulfil manning requirements and individual's route of advancement (ROA) and aspirations
- Schedule ROA courses to support career progression vocational courses for Military Experts
- Project manpower requirements and ensure healthy staffing at the unit level
- Conduct career counselling for service personnel
- Determine vocational streaming requirements for new entrants
- Handle Early Release (ER) applications, revocations, re-enlistments, and discharges
- Manage all training contract matters
- Balancing multiple stakeholders' demands
- Engaging servicepersons and maximising individual potential
- Prior experience in HR is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
