Responsibilities
- Responsible for L1 to L2 infra network and internal system support.
- Serve as first point of contact to internal business users for their computer, printer, and various IT appliances and system usage issue.
- Assist senior for new function testing, implementation, training and hyper-care.
- Assist senior to liaise with central IT team for security and compliance measures.
- Assist for IT fix assets purchasing, installation, configuration, support and proper update IT assets and licenses info to be reviewed by seniors or support manager.
- Regularly perform internal IT audit and review based on defined IT policies and procedures, and feedback to senior for any non-compliance detected.
- Follow guidance to IT support manager and senior IT support engineer to refer and maintain proper knowledge base and FAQ, prompting troubleshooting skills.
- Assist senior engineer to feedback repeated issues for improvement solution.
Requirements
- Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology related field.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field.
- Applicant who can proficient in English & Mandarin are welcome to apply in order to communicate/translate/liaise with Chinese speaking associates.
- Possess knowledge in SAP, Oracle Application Server, and MySQL.
- Able to work independently and adapt to a dynamic working environment.
- Proactive and a good team player, with a positive working attitude.
- Working experience in manufacturing/ shop floor control system/ network and server support preferred.
