General Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the operations of the Fractionalisation Platform which includes enabling on-chain fractionalisation of assets to help both asset owners and investors to unlock new opportunities.
Manages fractionalization of whisky and other related physical assets into non-fungible tokens for the purposes of sales and trading.
Ensures that the construction of Fractionalisation Platform is in accordance to the terms and conditions in the Agreement.
Exercise due diligence and takes all necessary precautions to ensure careful and responsible operation of the fractionalisation platform.
Manages fractionalization of whisky and other related products using blockchain and web3 technologies and provide end-to-end life-cycle management of tokens on
Work closely with internal teams, including product, marketing and operations to ensure seamless client onboarding and ongoing account management.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting on contracts, investments and sales.
Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in fractionalisation of physical assets and use that knowledge to inform sales and customer success strategies.
Maintain and update customer records with attention to detail and participate actively in customer retention programmes and contribute to retention strategy.
Deliver accurate and timely reporting on contracts, investments and sales.
Skillfully manage customer feedback and resolve complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
Uphold service standards, striving for excellence in interactions with both internal and external stakeholders.
Knowledgeable or have experience in the area of wine, alcohol and spirits.
Identifies and evaluates new business opportunities and develops business strategies for wine distribution and supply.
Targets distribution to bars and clubs, wine retailers, restaurants, hotels and membership clubs.
Actively source and establish new customer base from restaurants, hotels, golf, and recreation clubs for the supply of wine and niche alcohol.
Achieves sales targets and ensures timely response to customers’ requests for proposals, quotation and good follow-up.
Maintains and develops strong business relationships with customers by providing support, information and guidance to achieve or exceed revenue budgets.
Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Proper follow-up of key customers and existing assigned accounts and maintain close relationships with key decision makers.
Runs taste testing sessions for key account holders.
Negotiates new contracts and arrangements.
Manages customers’ payment collection.
Events planning and organisation for trade and private clients.
Prepares reports by collecting, analysing and summarising information.
Performs administrative support for order fulfillment and deliveries.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organisational standards.
