Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.
Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.
Repair or replace faulty vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.
Conduct vehicle testing to ensure repairs are successful.
Perform electrical system repairs, including wiring, lighting, and battery issues.
Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines when carrying out repairs.
Provide customers with cost estimates and explanations of necessary repairs.
Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
Stay updated with new automotive technologies and industry standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a motor mechanic or in a similar role.
Certification in Automotive Technology or a related field (preferred).
Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic tools and repair techniques.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy parts and tools.
Must be able to work night shift or split shif
Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
