Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect and diagnose vehicle problems using diagnostic tools and equipment.

  • Perform routine maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake replacements.

  • Repair or replace faulty vehicle components, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and suspension systems.

  • Conduct vehicle testing to ensure repairs are successful.

  • Perform electrical system repairs, including wiring, lighting, and battery issues.

  • Follow safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines when carrying out repairs.

  • Provide customers with cost estimates and explanations of necessary repairs.

  • Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.

  • Stay updated with new automotive technologies and industry standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a motor mechanic or in a similar role.

  • Certification in Automotive Technology or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of vehicle diagnostic tools and repair techniques.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.

  • Physical stamina and dexterity to handle heavy parts and tools.

  • Must be able to work night shift or split shif

  • Must be able to work extra hours or weekend if needed
