  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Performs assigned shift duties, including opening and closing procedures, inspecting building systems, and completing daily checklists.

  • Responds to the Chief Engineer to carry out rectification works in an efficient and effective manner

  • Attends to all sanitary and plumbing complaints promptly, including clearing blocked drains, repairing leaky faucets, and troubleshooting water heater issues.

  • Ensures that all pumps and related equipment are maintained in good working condition, including regular inspection, cleaning, and lubrication of water pumps and sewage pumps.

  • Attends to air-con water leakage in the absence of the air-con technicians, including identifying the source of the leak and implementing temporary solutions.

  • Attends to guest complaints regarding plumbing jobs, providing excellent customer service and resolving issues quickly and effectively.

  • Responsible for servicing, cleaning, and maintenance of the hotel's swimming pool filtration system, including backwashing filters, testing water chemistry, and ensuring proper chemical balance.

  • Ensures the normal flow rate of hot and cold water supply to the building at all times, monitoring water pressure and addressing any issues that arise.
