We're in search of a dynamic and seasoned individual to fill the role of Central Kitchen Manager, overseeing our central kitchen operations. As the incumbent, you'll be tasked with managing the daily functions of our central kitchen facility, ensuring the utmost standards of food quality, safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and directing daily food production to ensure seamless operations within the central kitchen.

  • Responsible for scheduling tasks and allocating resources for daily production requirements.

  • Crafting and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain operational consistency.

  • Strategizing and coordinating daily production schedules to meet demand while minimizing wastage.

  • Ensuring that products meet prescribed quality and quantity standards aligned with business objectives.

  • Monitoring inventory levels and procuring supplies as necessary to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Upholding compliance with rigorous standards of Quality Assurance (QA) & Quality Control (QC), hygiene, and health and safety protocols.

  • Establishing and upholding kitchen policies and procedures.

  • Providing training and guidance to kitchen staff to ensure sustained high performance and professionalism.

  • Vigilantly overseeing all production aspects to ensure adherence to established protocols and standards.

  • Collaborating with other departments, including procurement and logistics, to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.

  • Effectively managing budgetary allocations and expenditures to achieve financial targets.
