Customer Service Staff

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
- Working rights required for this role
- Expected salary: $2,800 - $3,500 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Provide accurate pricing and product information to customers through phone calls, emails or online chat
Follow up with customers for cargo bookings/ cargo support through tele-marketing
Respond to customers' queries or complaints and assist them with service issues or other problems
Ensure customers are informed of changes i.e. freight, service pattern, new products, RR, surcharges etc
Building and maintaining customer relationships
Provide customer service support and customer feeback to sales team
Maintenance of customers' profile in internal system
Assist in recovering of outstanding payment
Arrange re-export/retain-on-board shipment
Submission and follow up Flexi / OOG Application approval for customers
Monitor vessel ownership services to fulfil BSA
Requirement:
Minimum Diploma qualification in Maritime Studies/ Logistics & Supply Chain/ related field of studies
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
Candidate must be meticulous with details, possesses positive learning attitude and able to cope with fast pace working environment
