We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Service Concierge to join our team! If you have a passion for engaging with people and excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, this is the perfect role for you!
Job Responsibilities:
Assist walk-in guests with inquiries and sales related to ticketing, retail, and lounge services
Provide outstanding customer service to all guests consistently
Handle full-cycle ticket sales and cashiering duties
Promote ticket packages, special promotions, and sales in the main admission area
Support exhibition galleries and safeguard studio artifacts
Lead guided tours for various groups of visitors
Perform price tagging, regular stock takes, and ensure merchandise is replenished
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Address guest/visitor needs, requests, and concerns swiftly and professionally
Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests as required
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level education
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality or retail
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and challenging environment
Availability to work 12-hour rotating shifts (2 days on, 2 days off)
