Job Description
Execute lesson plan according to Club's teaching syllabus
Periodically update and improve Club's Learn-to-Swim (LTS) teaching syllabus
Supervise and monitor the swimmers his/her charge
Conduct LTS assessment on a termly basis and provide feedback on swimmers performance
Impart values of good sportsmanship, cooperation and friendship
Assist in planning and execution of swimming meets and activities
Render assistance to parents/member's queries at the pool deck
Assist in all swimming events/camps
Any other duties or jobs that may be assigned
Job Requirement
At least 1 year of coaching experience in LTS teaching
National Registry of Coaches (NROC) Level 1, AustSwim (Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety) or equivalent
Trainee coaches are also welcome to apply
Valid Standard First Aid / CPR-AED certification
Possess good communication skill and able to interact well with children
Positive work attitude and willing team player
Passionate about swimming and imparting life skills to children
Able to work on weekends
Working Schedules (5.5 days) - Mon to Wed & Fri - 1.30pm - 7.30pm, Thurs - OFF, Sat - coaching hours 9am -12 noon / 3.30pm - 7.30pm, Sun - coaching hours 9am - 12 noon
