The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery of meals to multiple schools we serve daily. Ensure accurate and timely record-keeping for deliveries, mileage, and fuel usage.
Assist the catering team with logistics coordination and routing optimization.
Wash catering and kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene standards.
Support kitchen operations by assisting with other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Report any incidents, delays, or issues promptly to the Catering Operations Manager.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Valid Class 3 driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Proven experience as a driver, preferably in catering, food service, or logistics.
Ability to lift and carry food containers (up to 25kg).
Strong time management skills with the ability to follow schedules precisely.
Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene requirements.
Willingness to work early mornings or flexible hours as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience delivering to schools or institutions.
Familiarity with GPS navigation systems and delivery scheduling tools.
