Working shift: 2pm - 6pm (4hrs without break)
Pay: Up to $18 per hour (Monthly payout)
Receptionist
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of meeting rooms.
- Handle errands about three times a week (document delivery, parcel collection etc)
- Assist sup with tasks like purchasing lunch or coffee.
- Prepare and serve coffee or tea for guests.
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties (JI Passes, updating asset records etc)
- Arrange restaurant bookings if required.
- Purchase office supplies (e.g., A4 paper, snacks) and other items.
- Oversee basic office maintenance, including printers, lighting, and air conditioning.
- Conduct small research tasks as assigned.
- Collect daily mail from the mailbox
Admin & Support Office
- General admin scope (data entry, documents filing, scanning, photocopy, stationery etc.)
- Manage and maintain the department's email
- Respond to requests, such as for stationery or other office items
- Oversee and coordinate office maintenance tasks
- Handle the purchasing of office supplies and other required items
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Track and manage company assets (e.g. on/offboarding of staff)
- Assist directors with errands and other administrative tasks as needed
