  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Scope

Handling clients transportation across regions in all aspects of logistics shipment
Primary point of liaison with client to manage day to day process and operational needs
Liaise with clients for final delivery arrangement and invoice processing
Workflow analysis and development of new processes to provide better operational efficiency
Working closely with cross functional department for start to end of the logistical process

Requirement

Diploma or Degree in any discipline
2-3 years of similar working experience in shipping, order processing or freight forwarding
Prior Logistics experience in High-Tech Industry and knowledge in complex Customer Service environment is preferred
Vendor management experience
Proficient in MS Excel
Knowledge in pivot table, vlookup will be advantageous
