Job Responsibilities:
To support Store Managers in achieving sales and profitability of the store
To carry out promotional activities to drive sales
Ensuring store housekeeping and merchandising standards are achieved
To ensure proper inventory control of the stores
To conduct merchandising training for new and existing employees
To provide excellent face-to-face customer service to customers so that customers’ needs are met
To perform cashiering duties
To comply with all operational standards
Ensuring a safe and clean store environment for team members and customers
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Strong customer service mindset with a proactive and willing-to-learn attitude.
Availability to work retail operational hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Prior retail sales experience is an advantage.
Sales driven and team player.
Immediate availability or short notice period is preferred.
