The Opportunity
Adecco is partnering with a leading bank to look for Customer Service Specialists for Business Banking
Focus: Communicating with customers through various channels (calls/ email, etc)
Office Location:East
Starts off as a 6 months contract with possibility for conversion
Operating hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
The Talent
Min. Education.: Diploma or equivalent experience in financial/ payment industry
Highly adaptable, ability to deal with ambiguity.
Candidates with a keen learning interest and minimum bachelor's degree without experience may be considered
Experience in customer service/ customer facing roles
Call centre experience highly preferred
Passionate about providing excellent customer service
The Job
Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.
Responding promptly to customer inquiries on general and transactional enquiries
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer requests.
Customer outreach to encourage the use of digital services.
Consistently deliver high quality service to our customers to achieve total customer satisfaction without compromising risk standards.
