  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Requirements:

Diploma in relevant field
Hands on experience in Facility Technician

Job Scope:

Ensure continuous supply of utilities and related facilities at the required performance level or specifications. \

Perform continuous improvement of facilities equipment key performance indicators such as % availability, mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time between failure (MTBF).

Record all repair, services, maintenance procedures and processes.

Ensure compliance with ISO standards and support audit functions.

Ensure safety requirement is strictly followed and all vendors must meet our safety expectation before commencement of work.

Perform preventive maintenance procedures to reduce facilities equipment failures.

Provide urgent/ad-hoc support for troubleshooting facilities equipment, even during off-office hours, so as to achieve continuous running of the facilities.

Perform cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity.

Provide job assistance and conduct job trainings for employees as needed.
