Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food production, and maintaining efficiency and cleanliness. You will work closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to deliver outstanding dishes that align with our restaurant's standards.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the preparation and presentation of dishes in your assigned section (e.g., grill, sauce, pastry, larder).
Ensure all food is cooked and presented to the highest quality standards.
Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and appearance of all dishes
Organize and coordinate kitchen activities within your section.
Follow food safety regulations and hygiene standards (HACCP).
Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of the workstation and equipment.
Monitor stock levels, minimize waste, and adhere to portion control.
Work efficiently with other kitchen sections to ensure smooth service.
Communicate effectively with the Sous Chef and Head Chef about any kitchen issues.
Support teamwork and a positive kitchen environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, cooking techniques, and food preparation.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
Understanding of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene standards.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Culinary degree or relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
