Monitor daily sales, expenses, and inventory to improve cost efficiency.
Handle cash, credit transactions, and end-of-day financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing laws.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant in line with health department requirements.
Handle emergency situations and ensure guest and staff safety.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager, Supervisor, or similar role in a hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, financial management, and POS systems.
Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry.
