  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by addressing and resolving guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests in a professional and courteous manner.
Oversee the smooth and efficient check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring accuracy in guest information, payment processing, and room assignments.
Lead and train junior front desk and service staff, ensuring they provide consistent
Act as the main point of contact for handling guest complaints, providing timely resolutions, and gathering feedback to improve service standards.
Maintain records, manage reservations, monitor room availability, coordinate with other departments, and ensure the accuracy of guest billing and services.
