Job Description Summary:

Inspection:

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished engine components.
Ensure parts meet specification requirements and prevent non-conforming parts from advancing in the production process.
Support Manufacturing and Quality System Engineers with evaluations and audits.

Tack Weld and Brazing Assembly:

Operate tools and machines for tack welding and brazing processes.
Conduct critical measurements on hardware and apply braze materials as per engineering specifications.
Ensure cleanliness of hardware and adhere to quality requirements.

Machining:

Set up and operate CNC and conventional machines, including lathe, milling, and grinding machines.
Follow technical drawings and instructions to complete machining operations for jigs, fixtures, and product parts.
Maintain operational records and perform scheduled maintenance tasks.



Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 3 years of relevant experience; or NITEC/Higher NITEC in Mechanical/Precision Engineering; or Diploma in Mechanical/Precision/Manufacturing Engineering.
Proficient in reading and understanding manufacturing operation sheets and standard operating procedures in English.
Strong mechanical aptitude and knowledge of CNC programming.
Ability to use precision measuring instruments and comprehend technical drawings.
