HR ASSISTANT
Workplace Location : 625 Aljunied Rd Aljunied Industrial Complex
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end to end recruitment including onboarding process and confirmation
ERP top-up (twice a month), process medical claims, disciplinary matters
Maintain and file all records via written and electronic formats to ensure they are up-to-date
Work pass application and cancellation, insurances, maintaining P-File and HR matters
Maintain HR Benefits and Compensation, Training and Development and HR processes
Any other daily ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Job Requirement
1. Bilingual in Mandarin & English & can start IMMEDIATE (an advantage)
2. Good working attitude and able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
3. Minimum 1-3 years of HR and Payroll experience preferred
4.Hands-on Experience in HRMS Payroll software and advantage (Times Payroll Software, Info-Tech, Easy-Pay, QuickHR, etc )
5. Working hours : Mon-Fri : 8:30 to 5:30pm, Sat 8:30 to 12:30 noon
6. Singaporean / PR welcomes to apply.
Able to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and work under tight deadlines.
