- Gain a deep understanding of the entire customer journey, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement, and learning how backend operations like finance and support processes integrate into the overall customer experience
- Strong communication skills—both verbal and written; able to write clearly and have user empathy
- Logical and analytical problem-solver; able to systematically guide users towards solutions & desired outcomes
- Highly organized, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Customer-obsessed, with a genuine heart to delight and help users solve problems
- Fast learner who can adapt quickly to changes and work both independently and collaboratively
- A curiosity to understand the full scope of a customer’s journey and the operations that support it, including finance and backend systems
- Experience in start-ups and/or in tech is a plus
- Familiarity with B2B software sales processes, both inbound and outbound, is a plus
- Able to commit for at least 6-12 months
