Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers and the Web Development Team to develop new web pages and introduce new features, ensuring optimal design, architecture, and performance to align the website with user needs and business goals.
- Maintain and update website content, ensuring timely publication of updates and announcements across relevant market platforms. Manage CMS user hierarchy and access rights, and provide support for CMS usage.
- Work with the IT team to ensure website security through regular updates, patches, and backups, maintaining data integrity and security. Ensure timely renewal of domain names, server hosting, plugin subscriptions, and manage DNS records, etc.
- Collaborate with the website maintenance team to regularly optimize website functionality and performance, and track and manage data for various channel campaigns. Provide regular performance evaluation reports and optimization recommendations by analyzing data from websites, marketing automation systems, and multiple channels.
- Familiar with mainstream digital marketing platforms and software, with experience in SCRM system management and operation. Responsible for the management and maintenance of digital marketing systems, working closely with IT support to resolve system usage issues, and providing training and assessment for system users.
- Use tools like Google Analytics to analyze website performance, traffic, and user behavior, optimize website operations, and collaborate with the IT team to manage and enhance website tools and features.
- Proficient in international SEO (primarily Google), including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal and external linking, backlink building, and content improvement. Develop comprehensive search engine optimization strategies, achieve SEO-related goals, improve search engine rankings, and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Familiar with search engine keyword advertising strategies, conduct SEM keyword analysis, and develop and manage website optimization strategies to improve ad performance (focus on international markets). Google Adwords experience is required.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in website development, management, performance optimization, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation systems. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, Digital Marketing, Website Development, or related fields.
- Able to coordinate the optimization and management of websites and digital marketing systems across global market departments.
- In-depth understanding of website operation, including hosting, analytics, user experience, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management systems, and proficiency in WordPress and web development languages (XML, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, etc.).
- Familiarity with responsive design and website accessibility standards, ensuring optimal user experience across devices and platforms.
- Proficient in website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and SEO best practices. Strong understanding of SEO optimization principles, including on-site, off-site, link, keyword, code, and image optimization.
- Skilled in data statistics modeling, familiar with Python crawlers and other data collection tools. Knowledge of data visualization technologies or SQL and other languages is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams such as designers, developers, and content creators, and acting as a collaborator in global cross-team projects within an academic institution.
- Experience in managing digital marketing system operations. Project management experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking ability, proficient in data analysis tools, and able to generate statistical reports.
