- Together with DPM Portfolio Managers, understand clients’ needs and craft solutions according to clients’ risk appetite and preferences, through different asset classes including fixed income, equities and alternatives.
- Take charge of and lead the co-ordination of customized portfolio RFPs (request for proposals) and pitches, with various portfolio managers.
- Create, refresh and review marketing materials (pitch decks, review updates, marketing launches) regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance.
- Craft and refine the framework for portfolio reviews, and conduct reviews with clients on a regular basis, or whenever required.
- Drive AUM accumulation and growth through new mandates, and ensure AUM retention of existing clients
- Participate in meetings with and make presentations to key stakeholders (RMs, MI team, ICs etc.) to regularly update them on DPM activities, performance tracking and new launches.
- Strong report writing, communication and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of financial markets
- Proven track record in driving AUM growth preferable
- Proficient at Excel spreadsheet analytical development and utilization
- Preferably skills in quantitative methods of data analysis
- Familiarity with Blackrock Aladdin tools will be a plus.
- At least 7-10 years of portfolio management or managed investments advisory, sales and marketing experience, preferably in a Private Bank or Asset Management house.
