Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sales Engineer:
Job Responsibilities
- Participate in approx. 3 - 6 Months comprehensive product and application training at the company's headquarters.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of company products and applications through structured training, workshops, and hands-on experience.
- Provide technical consultation and support to customers across various industries, assisting in selecting the most suitable products/services for their specific needs.
- Adapt effectively to company expectations and address customer challenges with tailored solutions.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to customer inquiries and service requests.
- Consistently identify and secure new customers while maintaining strong business relationships.
- Conduct regular customer visits to promote and sell products/services in the manufacturing and related sectors.
- Develop and execute account strategies aligned with the overall business plan.
- Implement successful product launch strategies and drive market share growth within assigned sales territories.
- Organize and participate in off-site seminars and trade exhibitions as required.
- Manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
- Undertake additional tasks or projects as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Possess at least 2 years experience in business or engineering field is an advantage.
- Strong interest in working in industrial and manufacturing environments.
- Strong technical aptitude and willingness to learn about complex technical products.
- Ability to actively listen and provide proactive solutions to customer needs.
- Willingness to undergo intensive training, mentorship, and a structured sales approach.
- Commitment to professional conduct, including punctuality, dress code, and adherence to sales processes.
- Willingness to travel up to 60%, with potential overnight stays.
- A valid Class 3 driving license is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,000 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
- Working Location: Kallang
- Training will be fully sponsored.
