- Provide a single point of contact for the management of supplier assets/tooling. This includes coordinating the end-to-end lifecycle of these assets.
- Raise capex and purchase orders for new tools, working closely with finance, planning and stakeholders to ensure assets are appropriately justified, tracked and utilized
- Support the Supplier Engineering teams in managing SPV activities and in effectively addressing supplier change request management.
- Source, receive and follow-up on tooling capacity information from suppliers and assist in data gathering and preparation of quality reports, where needed.

- Maintain high standards of quality of work and services provided to internal customers.
- Develop positive working rapport with internal customers and external suppliers.
- Work with Cross-Functional Teams (XFT) to perform other tasks to support business needs

- Supplier manufacturing process knowledge and understanding of various manufacturing processes
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills with proven experience, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (both internal and external)
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and Bill of Materials (BOM)
- Strong knowledge and experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, document system)
- Experience in data-analytics will be an added advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft outlook, Excel, Word & power-point
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Diploma qualification in Engineering or Science with 1 to 3 years’ experience
- Experience in engineering processes drawing and tools in manufacturing environments
- Familiar with GR&R, Process Capability Study, FMEA, Control Plans
- Training & experience in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing and quality tools & methodologies
- Experience in operating within highly regulated industry – preferably medical device industry
- Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) software e.g. Minitab
