About the Client:

Job Purpose:

Lead and manage the execution of a sustainability-focused programme, supporting SMEs in capacity building.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage and manage SME participants, ensuring smooth programme enrolment, administration, and completion.
  • Develop programme content, including guidelines, policies, and ESG-related insights for SMEs.
  • Organise workshops, events, and thought leadership initiatives to promote sustainability adoption.
  • Collaborate with partners and government agencies to facilitate training and consultation sessions.
  • Oversee grant processing, administrative claims, and progress tracking for participating SMEs.

The successful Sustainability Programme Manager must possess strong stakeholder management, programme coordination, and ESG expertise to drive engagement.

Skills/Requirement:

  • Proven experience in programme management, sustainability, or SME engagement.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills to liaise with clients, partners, and government bodies.
  • Ability to develop content and drive thought leadership on sustainability-related topics.
  • Experience in organising events, workshops, or training sessions for professional audiences.
  • Knowledge of ESG frameworks, grant applications, and SME business needs is advantageous.
