  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Plan, manage and supervise the team to carry out their work in accordance with the company’s procedures and rules.
  • Work closely with the project manager to plan and manage inventory records.
  • To develop a training framework and conduct training for all cleaners.
  • Inspection of work done by cleaners to ensure that a high standard of work has been undertaken and maintained.
  • To lead the Maintenance Team of motor and pulp
  • To plan the rosters for the Team
  • To plan and schedule Preventive Maintenance (PM), Corrective Maintenance (CM), trouble-shooting, upgrading, improvement works/repairs, etc
  • To test and record all faults reported and complete work orders within specified times
  • To raise, review and follow up on all work orders, labour and material and key in other input into the maintenance management system and any other recording system
  • To carry out day-to-day monitoring of equipment performance and follow up where appropriate

Requirements

  • At least 2 year of relevant working experience in the related field
  • Candidate must possess supervisory experience in managing a group of cleaners
  • General Education or WSQ Certificate in Environmental Cleaning
  • Able to understand basic instructions in English and communicate to customers
  • Physically fit to carry out cleaning duties such as dusting, wiping, sweeping, mopping, handling and disposing waste
  • Manpower management, complaints handling, Microsoft office.
