Job Responsibilities:
• Maintain patient records, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
• Manage clinic inventory, including ordering and restocking medical supplies.
• Handle billing and payment transactions, including processing insurance claims.
• Ensure clinic cleanliness and organization
• Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries.
Requirements:
• Min N/O Level
• Proficiency in using office software and clinic management systems
- Open to working on weekends
- Able to commit to working hours and for long term.
- No Experience required
