- Adecco is partnering with a growing property company and seeking an experienced, detail-oriented accountant to join the finance team.
- In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full set of accounts and reporting to the Finance Manager
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Financial Analysis: Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
- Compliance & Audits: Conduct financial reviews to ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations.
- Management Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and compliance requirements.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with accounting systems (e.g., SAGE) and strong spreadsheet skills using MS Office.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
