  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the successful incumbent will process sales orders in SAP, address customer inquiries, and support the sales team in maintaining high customer satisfaction.

The Job:
  • Accurately enter sales orders into the SAP system and update customer order status, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests for information, and feedback.
  • Support the sales team with customer requests and issues, providing effective solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build strong customer relationships.
  • Ensure order documentation and processes comply with corporate policies on order and revenue recognition, pricing, and standard procedures.
The Talent:
  • Diploma in a relevant discipline with 2-3 years of order management experience in semicon industry.
  • Strong communication skills, service-oriented, and well-versed in SAP.
