Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Course Consultant (Sales) to join our team and help us expand our student base through proactive door-to-door sales and outreach efforts. As a Course Consultant, you will be responsible for promoting our educational courses and programs by engaging directly with potential students in their communities. This role involves actively hunting for leads, distributing promotional materials such as flyers, and converting prospects into enrolled students. You will also be required to meet monthly sales targets, ensuring consistent growth for our institution.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Door-to-Door Sales & Outreach:Visit residential areas, neighborhoods, and target locations to connect with potential students and their families.
    Promote our educational courses and programs by explaining their benefits and how they align with the needs of prospects.
  2. Flyer Distribution:Distribute flyers, brochures, and other promotional materials in high-traffic areas, community centers, and neighborhoods to generate awareness about our offerings.
    Use creative strategies to ensure maximum visibility and engagement with potential students.
  3. Lead Generation & Prospecting:Actively hunt for potential students by identifying individuals who may benefit from our courses, including high school graduates, working professionals, and lifelong learners.
    Build a pipeline of qualified leads through door-to-door interactions and flyer distribution.
  4. Needs Assessment & Consultation:Conduct consultations with prospects to understand their educational and career aspirations.
    Recommend suitable courses or programs based on their goals and interests.
  5. Meeting Sales Targets:Achieve or exceed monthly enrollment and sales targets set by management.
    Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly progress toward your goals.
  6. Relationship Building:Establish trust and rapport with potential students and their families to encourage enrollment.
    Maintain professionalism and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  7. Follow-Up & Closing:Stay in touch with interested prospects to answer questions, address concerns, and guide them through the enrollment process.
    Use effective closing techniques to convert leads into paying students.

Requirements:

  1. Education and Experience: At least ITE qualification or equivalent.
    Prior experience in sales, customer service, or education-related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
  2. Skills and Competencies:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
    Ability to build relationships quickly and establish trust with diverse audiences.
    Resilience and persistence to handle rejections and continue pursuing leads.
    Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
    Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
