Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Operations Specialist to manage the operations of Japanese brand health food on e-commerce platforms such as TikTok Shop and Shopee. This role requires formulating marketing strategies, optimizing store operations, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the overall operation of TikTok Shop and Shopee stores, including product listing, optimization, pricing, and inventory management.
• Plan and execute e-commerce marketing campaigns (e.g., promotions, live streaming, discount events) to increase store traffic and sales.
• Operate the TikTok account, plan short video content, and enhance brand exposure and user engagement.
• Analyze sales data, user feedback, and market trends to optimize product pages, advertising strategies, and promotions.
• Maintain customer relationships, handle online inquiries, order follow-ups, and after-sales services to improve customer satisfaction.
• Monitor competitor activities and develop effective market competition strategies.
• Collaborate with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) and live streaming teams to enhance brand influence on social media platforms.
Requirements:
• Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Chinese; Japanese proficiency is a plus.
• Experience: Prior experience in operating TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
• Social Media Marketing: Strong skills in short video content planning and promotion.
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and optimize product promotion strategies.
• Industry Knowledge: Interest in the health food industry and familiarity with health supplement market trends is a plus.
• Skills & Attributes: Strong execution and innovative thinking, capable of independently managing e-commerce operations.
