Job Description
Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop, maintain, and manage comprehensive project plans for ServiceNow implementations or upgrades.
- Oversee project scope, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts.
Stakeholder Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders.
- Conduct regular meetings, provide status updates, and manage expectations.
- Ensure stakeholder requirements are documented and prioritized.
Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and address any issues or roadblocks proactively.
Team Leadership:
- Guide and support the project team, ensuring clarity on roles and responsibilities.
- Foster a collaborative environment and promote effective communication.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure the quality and integrity of deliverables by adhering to best practices and compliance standards.
- Perform regular project audits and implement improvements.
Change Management and Training:
- Manage change requests and ensure proper documentation.
- Facilitate end-user training and support adoption of ServiceNow solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 8+ years of project management experience, with a minimum of 5 years managing ServiceNow projects.
- Proven track record of delivering ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
- In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, and/or SecOps.
- Well versed with ServiceNow Implementation Methodology (SIM)
- Proficiency in Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools used in ServiceNow.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- ITIL V4 cetification preferred
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) preferred
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification preferred
