Job Responsiblities:
- Wireless power and communication ICs, including high-frequency PLLs, DLLs, ADCs, regulators, amplifiers, TX/RX circuits, and Clock Data Recovery (CDR) circuits.
- Develop and verify high-frequency A/D (Analog-to-Digital) and D/A (Digital-to-Analog) conversion architectures for mmWave power IC applications.
- Architect, design, and simulate low-noise, high-efficiency RF and millimeter-wave (mmWave) power circuits for wireless power transmission and beamforming applications.
- Optimize PLL/DLL loop stability, phase noise, jitter performance, and power efficiency for high-frequency communication and power ICs.
- Design and validate high-performance voltage regulators, bias circuits, and low-dropout regulators (LDOs) tailored for 60 GHz power IC solutions.
- Implement high-speed ADC/DAC converters, ensuring low power consumption and high dynamic range.
- Develop and optimize RF TX/RX front-end circuits, including power amplifiers (PAs), low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), mixers, and filters.
Job Requirement :
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, or RFIC Design.
- 10+ years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design, with expertise in GHz-range power circuits, high-frequency A/D conversion, and RF system integration.
- Strong experience in designing and verifying PLL/DLL circuits, ADCs, DACs, TX/RX front-end circuits, and high-speed data converters.
- Deep knowledge of RF power amplifiers, low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), CDR circuits, and high-speed clocking solutions.
