Admissions Manager
The Admissions Manager plays a critical role in driving student enrolment by developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the admissions process, and building strong relationships with prospective families. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, as well as a deep understanding of the school's curriculum, service offerings and its unique value proposition. He/she is a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a passion for education and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Student Recruitment & Admissions
- Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet enrolment targets
- Collaborate with the Engagement & Outreach Department, to co-lead the planning, execution and participation in recruitment events (e.g. Open Houses, education fairs, information sessions), consistently serving as ISS’ brand ambassador
- Conduct engaging and informative school tours, clearly explaining the school’s curriculum, student services and its unique features
- Build strong rapport with prospective families and tailor communication based on their needs
- Effectively articulate the ISS’s USP and UVP
- Guide families through the application process including testing, Student Pass application as well as coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth enrolment
- Manage and build strong relationships with existing Student Recruitment Agents while actively recruiting and onboarding new agents
Data Management & Analysis
- Track and analyse key admissions data e.g. conversion rates, application numbers, enrolment projections
- Prepare and present reports on admission performance to stakeholders, utilizing the school’s CRM system
Operations and Administration
- Lead and manage the Admissions team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback to ensure team effectiveness and meeting of departmental goals
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements, guidelines and internal policies
- Participate in school-wide initiatives such as strategic planning and risk management
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure seamless operations
- Proactively develop and implement strategies to enhance enrolment and drive continuous departmental improvement though innovative ideas and initiatives
- Occasional international travel for recruitment related activities
- Fulfil all other responsibilities as assigned by the Superior

Requirements:
- Min bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing or a related field.
- Min 5 years in sales and marketing or service-related fields. Candidate with experience in the education industry, particularly in admissions and recruitment, is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in multiple languages, including Mandarin, is an advantage in our diverse, multicultural environment.
