IT Support Job Description:

-IT technical support and operations services.

-Diagnose and resolve onsite technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity, software applications

-Provide support and helpdesk to the SAP system

-Deliver timely assistance to server issues and requests

-Troubleshooting and delivering timely assistance to server, Laptop/Desktop, email, and software Issues.

-Monitor and provide maintenance to servers and company network infrastructure

-Maintain information technology needs and systems including hardware and software installation, configuration, upgrading, and troubleshooting

-Manage CCTV, door access, and telephone system

-Perform systems backup and recovery

-Plan and liaise with vendors on scheduling and execution of system deployment

-Provide system documentation and a user guide

-Conduct user training on IT-related system

-Procurement and recording of company IT assets

Operations Job Description:

-Oversight of daily operations of workshop and operations departments

-Support Operations in the execution of daily operational activities

-Recognize operational issues and emergencies and ensure they are promptly attended to and rectified promptly.

-Ensure company policies and SOPs are abided by staff.

-Develop and implement policies, procedures, and schemes that enhance operational efficiency and maximize profits.

-Monitor and follow up on the yearly maintenance works for the workshop equipment and diagnostic hardware and ensure compliance with the audit requirements.

-Participate in the development of the Company’s overseas operation

Requirements:

-Nitec/Higher Nitec or Diploma or Certificate in Information Technology or related field

-Minimum 1 year working experience in an IT support role and Operations management

-Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, mobile applications, other tech products, Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting

-Knowledge of network system security

-Have a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license

-Effective communication and interpersonal skills
