  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • Preparation of Monthly Progress claims, variation orders, and payments.
  • Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
  • Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other documents.
  • Submission of progressive claims to client and follow up for payment response.
  • Construct and assess comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors.
  • Procurement of materials as per issued fabrication or shop drawings.
  • Document any changes in design and update budgets.
  • Traveling from the office to various sites as required.

Requirements:

  • Min 5 years of relevant Tender/ Project Quantity Surveyor experience for the Construction industry
  • Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
  • Familiar with Building Projects, or steel structural experience is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Sound knowledge of construction.
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
  • Great networking abilities.
  • Well-organized, meticulous, and attentive to details
