Job Scope & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipates and responds to customer needs
- Prepare a variety of espresso-based beverages and tea, other hot/iced beverages
- Preferably experienced in coffee calibration, basic latte art skills (not a requirement as long as willing to learn)
- Maintain drink ware and beverage equipment needed for beverage preparation, ensure hygiene levels are met
- Maintain product taste and quality stability
- Monitor coffee bean and other supply‘s qualities
- Able to maintain regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanour during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
- Operate Point of Sales (POS) Systems for all orders
- Able to handle all aspects of front of house service, including barista and customer service and floor duties
Requirements
- Food Hygiene Certificate
- Basic barista experience
- Must work on weekends and public holidays
