Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team by managing schedules, booking of air ticket and hotel, arranging courier, and handling correspondence.
Document Management: Maintain office files, records, and documents (both digital and physical), ensuring proper filing and easy retrieval.
Office Coordination: Assist with office supply management, ensuring that necessary supplies are stocked and ordering replacements as needed.
Data Entry: Accurately input and update data in company databases and spreadsheets.
General Office Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Job Requirements:

MUST have 1 year experience of Scheduling + flight booking + hotel booking experience
