We are seeking a dynamic senior leader to drive growth and scale, reporting directly to the CEO. You will lead a team of pre-sales and delivery experts, working closely with our marketing, product and tech teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets and scale day to day operations
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented sales culture within the team
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Lead major client negotiations and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization to shape the product roadmap to meet customer needs
  • Utilize data analytics to assess sales performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for improvement
  • Develop and present regular reports to senior management, highlighting key performance metrics
  • Provide valuable input to product development based on market demands and customer feedback
  • Monitor performance against forecasts and implement adjustments as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in a B2B SaaS sales role within the energy industry, with at least 10 years of experience in a leadership role
  • Strong P&L management background with a priority on revenue targets and growth
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset, able to identify and capitalize on business opportunities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
