  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description

Requirements
• Experience in cold chain, life science/medical logistic is compulsory for application to be considered
• Diploma or tertiary qualification in supply chain management
• Experienced and familiar with ERP such as SAP/SAGE

Logistics support for Singapore
• Coordinate monthly ordering with sales admin, HQ and outsource warehouse
• Provide shipment tracking, liaise with freight forwarder, select most cost effective shipment route
• Monthly stock closing and periodical stock take
• Work on SAGE inventory control and tracking

Support for APAC Export
• Responsible as direct liaison with HQ supply chain team; organise and host regular bi-weekly (mid and end of month) calls, to effectively communicate shipment, orders, invoice & challenges faced
• To manage sales landing update on weekly basis and timely sharing with commercial team, to ensure visibility of sales revenue expected against monthly & YTD sales targets
• Manage channel partner payment accounts and SOA (statement of account), and resolve payment-related inquiries and disputes
• To monitor product availability, analysing sales data to forecast demand, identify and resolve potential stock shortages, and reporting on product availability metrics to key stakeholder
• To support, prepare and manage Special Pricing Request (SPR) documents for channel partners; to liaise and monitor usage/renewal of SPR in collaboration with HQ supply chain team
