- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in technical support or servicing, in robotics or automation.
- Experience in troubleshooting electrical/mechanical systems
- Must possess strong technical skills and understanding of computer systems to efficiently troubleshoot and implement solutions.
- Ability to strong client relationships by delivering expert guidance and assistance.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high motivation.
- Willing to expand technical knowledge in robotics, automation, and service excellence.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a strong work ethic.
- Willing to travel for onsite support and deployments.
- Those with more years of experiences will be considered for the Engineer role.
- Class 3 driving license is a plus.
