- Consolidate and provide data for reporting purposes and to benchmark results against industry standards
- Work with agency to manage social media queries, ensuring that customers' issues are addressed
- To keep abreast of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Work with stakeholders to ensure timelines and deliverables are met for the execution of campaigns
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Possess a Degree in Marketing / Communications or related discipline
- Possess at least 5 years of Marketing / Communications experience including 2 years in social media management
- Experienced in managing digital ads including Meta ads (FB and IG), Tik Tok, Google ads, etc
- Prior experience working with social media agencies
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Proficiency in graphic design software (Eg Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
- Proficiency in social media management tools (especially Meta Business Suite)
- Knowledge in video editing tools is advantageous thou not mandatory
- Some familiarity with SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Possess the ability to generate innovative content ideas, creative thinking and strong analytical skills
- An independent team player who is resourceful and able to multitask and thrive in ambiguity
