Job Title: Project Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Project Manager to lead, plan, and oversee a variety of social service projects aimed at supporting mature jobseekers within the community. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for driving positive social change. As the Project Manager, you will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects that align with the agency's mission and goals.

Reports To: GIG Lead
Stakeholders: Corporate clients, government agencies and funding organisations and mature job seekers
Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible to manage project initiatives, that include technology and business development for job opportunities with mature job seekers.
Key Responsibilities
· Project Planning and Implementation: Lead the design, planning, and execution of projects from inception to completion.
Evaluation of outcomes: Ensure that all project deliverables meet expectations. Implement monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to assess project outcomes and impact on the community.
Employer Engagement: Build strong relationships with employers in various sectors to promote the benefits of hiring mature workers. Educate employers about the unique skills and experiences that mature workers bring to the table.
Stakeholder Engagement and Reporting: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, community partners, and vendors. Report and analyse on project progress.
Advocacy and Outreach: Represent CFS at industry events, conferences, job fairs and ground-work to raise awareness about the value of mature workers.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management, recruitment or human resources, preferably with a focus on mature worker placement.
- Strong understanding of labour market trends and industry dynamics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Passion for promoting age diversity in the workplace and a commitment to social justice.
Additional Skills (Preferred)
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
- Knowledge of diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Certification in project management, human resources or recruitment.
