Job Description:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using Frontier Payroll software
- Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, medical claim, and leave entitlements
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements
- Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., IR8A, Appendix 8A, IR21)
- Prepare and submit government surveys accurately and timely
- Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
- Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data
- Generate and analyze payroll reports for management
- Assist in payroll audits and reconciliations
- Collaborate with HR team on compensation and benefits strategies
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
- Proficient in Frontier Payroll software (strongly preferred)
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore's employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
