Job Description:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time using Frontier Payroll software
  • Manage employee benefits administration, including health insurance, medical claim, and leave entitlements
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, CPF regulations, and tax requirements
  • Prepare and submit statutory reports (e.g., IR8A, Appendix 8A, IR21)
  • Prepare and submit government surveys accurately and timely
  • Handle employee inquiries related to payroll and benefits
  • Maintain accurate employee records and payroll data
  • Generate and analyze payroll reports for management
  • Assist in payroll audits and reconciliations
  • Collaborate with HR team on compensation and benefits strategies

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
  • Proficient in Frontier Payroll software (strongly preferred)
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore's employment laws, CPF, and tax regulations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
