Key responsibilities include: • Develop and execute MHA's social media strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth. • Produce creative digital content (graphics, videos) tailored for different social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube). • Plan and schedule content using social media management tools to ensure consistency. • Track social media performance and generate reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. • Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimise content strategies.What we are looking for:Requirements: • A strong portfolio with experience in producing content for social media and online platforms • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing software • Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask • Excellent oral/written communication, analytical and interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels within the organisation • Good project management skills and a keen interest in producing content for online platforms and adept in digital and social media technologies Note: This is a 12-month contract with a possibility to extend for an additional year.About Ministry of Home Affairs:We work as a team, in partnership with the community, to make Singapore our safe and secure Best Home.
